Reservation is required.
Groups must respect the time of entry, with a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes.
In case of change, regarding the information provided on the date of confirmation, they must be communicated to the Museum as soon as possible and up to 3 business days before the date of the activity.
The cancellation of the activity must be done with equal notice.
After this deadline, or in case of no-show at the scheduled date and time, without duly justifiable reasons, the group will be subject to payment of a minimum value corresponding to 15 participants.
